PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Staff Sergeant Lateia M. Quarterman is the NCOIC of Knowledge Operations Management of Air Force ROTC Detachment 218 at Indiana State University. She is responsible for administration of all AFROTC cadets on the Indiana State University campus as well as cadets from 3 other “cross-town” colleges in the Terre Haute region. She manages personnel records/knowledge operations management for 4 cadre, and over 50 cadets, monitors and updates all cadet pay actions, tuition/fees, subsistence and textbook expenses ,and oversees cadet life-cycle personnel actions such as medical, physical, enlistments, categorization and commissioning and manages administrative and personnel cadet updates via the Web Intensive New Gains System (WINGS). She assumed her current position in February 2015.
